Midland Fire Department new hub for Regional Response Network

08-Mar-2013: Greg Weisbarth, the training and safety officer for the Midland Fire Department, said the team consists of the Midland, Bay City and Saginaw fire departments. The regional designation refers to the eight Michigan State Police districts, and Weisbarth explained there are 14 counties in Region 3. The team was formed in 2002 following the Sept. 11, 2001 terrorist attacks. Read more:
