TAYLOR — Fire Capt. Jim Hubbard said Friday that International Association of Fire Fighters Local 1252 might have become too political in the past two years.
A new report from a study committee on emergency services recommends the city of Holland maintain its current system of having firefighters respond to medical calls, rather than having police officers serve as first responders or turning all medical calls over to an outside ambulance service.
