Action alert: Our constitutional right to assemble is under attack!!!! Current legislation HB-4643 could be up for a vote as early as tomorrow. This bill would have a chilling effect on free speech by creating civil fines of up to $1,000/day per individual and $10,000 per union for participating in rallies, protests and pickets. The Koch brothers and Dick DeVoss must be proud. This bill is sponsored by Republican (Rep) Tom McMillan.
