ALLEN PARK: Part timers hired to supplement Fire Department

Nov. 22, 2013: Recently, three part time firefighters were hired to supplement full time staff at the department. Within the next two weeks, the initial training phase will be over and they will begin to cover shifts throughout the week. A fourth part time person will start training in early December. Read more:
