Special Interests and Lansing Politicians Pressure Courts to Prevent Collective Bargaining at Court of Appeals Today

The campaign to Protect Our Jobs made oral arguments before the Michigan Court of Appeals today. On Tuesday, the Supreme Court of Michigan directed the Court of Appeals to make a ruling by Aug. 27 to decide whether citizens will have an opportunity to vote on a Nov. 6 ballot initiative that would protect the basic right to collectively bargain.
